Greek Yogurt Breakfast Bowl                Greek Yogurt Breakfast Bowl

Ingredients:

  • 1 teaspoon tandoori spice or curry powder
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 cup 2% plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup granola
  • 1 cup fresh berries
  • 1 cup freeze-dried mango, pineapple or berries
  • small sprigs fresh cilantro

Directions:

  1. In a small skillet on low heat, toast the spice for a few minutes until fragrant.  Remove from the heat.  Add the honey to the pan and stir.
  2. Divide the yogurt between four bowls.  Drizzle each with the spiced honey.
  3. Top with granola, fruit and cilantro.  Serve.

Makes 4 servings.
