Balsamic Grilled Chicken     Balsamic-Marinated-Grilled-Chicken-Breast

Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary

Directions:

  1. Cut breast in half lengthwise so you have two chicken cutlets.
  2. Combine the marinade ingredients and pour over chicken. Let it marinate in the refrigerator a minimum of two hours, but preferably 4 to 6 hours or longer.
  3. Preheat a clean indoor or outdoor grill to medium-high. Make sure your grates are clean and lightly rub with olive oil to prevent sticking.
  4. When the grill is hot, lay the chicken on the grill. Cook the chicken until well browned on both sides and firm, but not hard to the touch, about 7 minutes on each side. Transfer to a plate when done.

Enjoy!
