Shipping and Delivery Policy

1. Domestic Shipping: Pickle Jars -> Standard Shipping $8.99 for the first jar and $3.99 for each additional jar.  Other items -> Variable depending on size and weight of item as well as delivery location.  Shipping cost will be clearly displayed in the shopping cart.
2. Processing time:  Orders are process within 7 business days excluding weekends and public holidays.  Once the item has been handed to the delivery carrier,  a tracking number will be sent to the customer.
3. Cancellations:  After an order is submitted, processing begins and the order cannot be cancelled.  If there are questions about cancelling an order, please contact us.
4. Returns:  Returns will be accepted on apparel and accessory items only.  There are no returns on pickles.
5. Delayed Orders:  In the case of delayed processing, customers will have the option to cancel their order for a full refund.  Shipping provider delays do not fall under the seller's liability.
6. Damaged Orders:  Food-Flavor-Fun, LLC is not liable for lost or damaged products after an order has been placed in the hands of the shipping carrier.  If your product has arrived damaged, reach out to us so we may assist you in filing a claim with the shipping provider.
7. Shipping Restrictions:  Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes

Return Policy

1. Returns and Exchanges:  For apparel and accessory items purchased online or in-person, returns and exchanges are allowed within 30 days of the delivery date.  There are NO returns or exchanges for Pickles.  To initiate a return or exchange please  contact us at tom@foodflavorfun.com to obtain a return authorization.  Please include the order number, description and your reason for the return or exchange.  Returns or exchanges that are shipped without authorization may not be accepted.  Please allow 10 business days for your refund to be processed after we receive your return or exchange.
2. Return Shipping:  Return authorization for items shipped in error, or items being returned/exchanged because they are defective or damaged will include a prepaid shipping label.  Return shipping on items being returned/exchanged for any other reason will be paid for by the customer.
3. Eligible Items:  The following items:  Pickles, Clearance Items, Final Sale Items, Perishable Items, Special Order Items, Custom Products and Gift Cards are NOT eligible for return or exchange.  We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange, at management's discretion, if the item being returned or exchanged does not meet the criteria set forth within this policy.
4. Condition of Items:  Except for items that we damaged when purchased, items my be "open box" but must be unused, undamaged, and complete with original packaging.
5. Form of Payment:  Refunds if issued, will be issued in the original form of payment minus shipping and handling fees unless otherwise stated.  If the original form of payment is unavailable, store credit may be issued at our discretion.
6. Other Terms and Conditions:  No returns or exchanges on Pickles.
